This is a very good book!! It is about a girl named Paris who is in foster care. Her mother is on drugs, and keeps divorcing. Her history in foster care is no better. She was beaten and locked in closets. Until she met the Lincolns. They were very kind to her. One day her real mother calls, and Paris has to make the hardest decision of her life.
Recommended for ages: 10 - infinity

This is an exceptionally good book! It is about little people called "dreamgivers". The dreamgivers give people dreams from "fragments” they collect. They get their fragments from things that they touch around the house they are assigned to. For example… say they touch a banana peel! Then they would get fragments from where it was grown, who picked it, who shipped it, who laid it out in the store, who bought it, who ate it and so on. Then the dreamgiver bestows the fragments to the person they are assigned to give dreams to. One of the experienced dreamgivers, Thin Elderly, has a new dreamgiver named Littlest to train. Littlest is such an energetic young dreamgiver that she wants to learn everything! She is assigned to a young human named John. He is in the foster care of a woman who is given her dreams by Thin Elderly.
