1 1/2 c. flour (I use half wheat/half white)
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

¼ cup cocoa powder

½ tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. Bran flakes
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil

t tsp vanilla

1/3 cup raisins

1/3 cup chocolate chips

Mix bran flakes and milk and let set 2 minutes.

Add all ingredients and mix well by hand. Bake in muffin tin

Bake 400 degrees, 18 to 20 minutes.

Top while hot with glaze (below)

Makes 12-16

Glaze: mix powdered sugar, cream (or milk) and vanilla to make a glaze (roughly ¼ cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp cream and 1 tsp vanilla)
