Sweet 'n' Spicy Coleslaw

Yummy!…from Family Circle magazine

Dressing:

1/3 cup cider vinegar

1/3 cup water

1/4 cup ketchup

3 tbsp. packed dark brown sugar

1 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. black pepper

Coleslaw:

1 bag (1 pound) coleslaw mix

1 medium green pepper, chopped

1/4 cup green onion

Mix dressing in small bowl. Add coleslaw ingredients to large bowl. Pour dressing over and toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate, tossing occasionally for 1-4 hours.
