KEY Zoo Unit Project
To finish our unit on Zoos, we got to choose an animal to create a habitat for. I chose a chipmunk! Click here to see my report.
Hansel and Gretel
I tried out for a part in Eden Prairie Players Summer Children's Theater production of Hansel and Gretel. I got a part and so did one of my best friends Jenna! Jenna will be the Dew Fairy and I will play Gretel! Rehearsals start mid July and the performances are :
Thursday August 16, 2 p.m.
Friday August 17, 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Saturday August 18, 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Sunday August 19 2 p.m.
All performances at Riley Lake Park in Eden Prairie. Tickets available at the door only.
Book Club at Minnetonka Library
I'm going to be going to a book club at the Minnetonka Library this summer. Our first book is Ruby Holler by Sharon Creech. I am also taking a 2 session class called Reader's Theater. We will learn how to read stories and poems in a dramatic way.
Rock Slinger
In late April my Wooddale Church kid's choir performed a musical called The Rock Slinger and his Greatest Hit. It was the story of David and Goliath.
