This recipe is so easy and is delicious!  Enjoy!

Baked Chicken

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (reduced fat)

2 Tbsp sherry or white wine (I prefer sherry)

1/4 cup water water

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in half if very large)

 

Mix first 3 in casserole (4 quart covered). Add chicken breasts and stir well to make sure covered by sauce. Cover and bake at 350 for 2 hours.

Serve with mashed potatoes (for the gravy it makes) and roasted carrots (recipe on website too)
