Oven Fried Parmesan Potatoes

From Quick & Healthy Volume II by Brenda J. Ponichtera

4 medium potatoes

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. paprika

1/8 tsp. pepper

salt to taste

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Cut potatoes (with peel on) into wedges. Place potato wedges in a plastic bag with oil and shake to coat evenly. Mix seasoning in a small bowl. Add to potatoes and shake. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet (spray with cooking spray first). Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
