Monday: Unpacked from camping .  Taught Nonny how to play Speed (a card game), and he loves it!!!!

Tuesday: Biked to some local parks and played with Jenna.

Wednesday: Library day!!  We went to a program called Earth: No Ordinary Planet. Then we had a picnic. I went to book club and we read Road to Paris. Click here to read my book review.

Thursday:  Blah. Daddy came home from New Orleans.

Friday:  We went to the Minnesota Zoo.

Saturday: blah times infinity!!

Sunday: We woke up early to bike to church. It was fun!!!! After that we biked to a beach right by Wooddale. On the way home, we got stuck in some rain!!!

Monday:  Flop. Nathaniel had soccer at 6:00.

Tuesday:  Flop times infinity.  Played at Carolyn's in the morning.

Wednesday:  We went to the library for book club. I read Gossamer  by Lois Lowry. (see book review)

Thursday:  Packed for camping trip. YAWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Played at Jenna's in afternoon.

Friday: JAY COOKE!!!!!!!  One of my favorite paces on earth! We went hiking right away! The St. Louis River was very high because  they are getting a lot of rain, all the trails were muddy and some of the trails were washed out in places!

For supper: Pasta and rice krispies.

Saturday:  Mom and I woke up early for a 7:00 am bird walk. Very cool! Then we walked home and woke up the sleepyheads.  Then we got on the trail. We found a cool rock (see video) After that we took a geocaching class. Geocaching is a treasure hunting game where you use a GPS to hide and seek containers with hidden by other people. We borrowed a G.P.S and found the caches. Visit http://www.geocaching.com/ to learn more. We decided to go home for Father's Day.

Sunday: I woke up at 11:00!  We had lunch at home. Then we biked to a local lake, Bryant Lake. We rented a rowboat. Next time we think we are going to get a canoe. We had supper and went home. It was 15 miles round trip. A perfect Father's Day.
